Upcoming Price Increases (June 2011)

Due to increased costs incurred by the manufacturer, the following Nitto Denko products will be subject to the following price increases effective immediately:

• Polyimide and PTFE tapes- 5%
• SPV/DC/Industrial tapes- 8%
• Masking and Packaging tapes- 10%

Ideal Tapes Co., Inc.

Due to increased costs incurred by the manufacturer, the following Ideal Tape products will be subject to the following price increases effective July 11, 2011:

• All products- 6%
